In addition a lightweight, 3D print Met-Cradle wraps around your midfoot to give you support and stability during high impact exercise.

A single piece of engineered air mesh makes the F-FLY extremely breathable, keeping you dry and comfortable during intense training sessions. For cross training workouts involving rope climbs, there's also ROPE-TEC technology in the arch which gives you extra grip and protection.
